ALECENSA

ALECENSA is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is caused by an abnormal anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene:

to help prevent your lung cancer from coming back after your tumor has been removed by surgery (adjuvant), or
as treatment when your lung cancer has spread to other parts of your body (metastatic)
Your doctor will perform a test to make sure that ALECENSA is right for you. It is not known if ALECENSA is safe and effective in children.

LIOTHYRONINE SODIUM

Liothyronine Sodium Tablets, USP are a thyroid hormone drug indicated:

As replacement or supplemental therapy in patients with hypothyroidism of any etiology, except transient hypothyroidism during the recovery phase of subacute thyroiditis.
As pituitary thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) suppressants, in the treatment or prevention of various types of euthyroid goiters, including thyroid nodules, subacute or chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (Hashimoto’s) and multinodular goiter.
As diagnostic agents in suppression tests to differentiate suspected mild hyperthyroidism or thyroid gland autonomy.

ADUHELM

ADUHELM is indicated for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. ADUHELM should be started in patients with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia stage of disease, the population studied in clinical trials. ADUHELM is approved under accelerated approval based on reduction in amyloid plaques as seen in patients treated with ADUHELM. Continued approval of ADUHELM may require verification of clinical benefit in a confirmatory study

AMVUTTRA

AMVUTTRA is a prescription medicine that treats the polyneuropathy caused by an illness called hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (hATTR amyloidosis). AMVUTTRA is used in adults only.
