1. Indications and Usage
Lymphatic Tracing: Indicated for lymphatic tracing in patients undergoing surgery (e.g., thyroid cancer).
2. Dosage and Administration
Route of Administration: Local injection ONLY.
Recommended Dosage: Each injection site should be approximately 0.1 mL, and the total dose generally does not exceed 0.6 mL.
Critical Administration Instructions:
Do not inject into blood vessels.
This product should be administered using a standard medical syringe and must not be mixed with other drugs in the same injection device.
The product may form crystals at low temperatures; to dissolve, place the vial in warm water (70–80°C) until crystals dissolve before use.
3. Mechanism of Action
Lymphatic Tracing: The drug acts as a blue dye, staining the lymphatic vessels and nodes at the injection site to facilitate the precise identification and excision of sentinel lymph nodes or target tissues during surgery.
Metabolism: After the tissue is excised, the dye is cleared from the body.
4. Safety and Warnings
Hypersensitivity: Contraindicated in patients with known severe allergies to the active ingredient or other serious allergic history。
Temperature Sensitivity: The product may crystallize at low temperatures and must be heated in water (70-80 ℃) to dissolve the crystals before use。
Administration Precautions: Prolonged or deep compression of the arm during surgery may increase the risk of brachial plexus injury due to the rapid onset of muscle strength, potentially leading to movement before the patient is fully awake。

1. Myelosuppression, causing leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, is a dose-limiting toxicity.
2. A few patients may experience palpitations, premature beats, and electrocardiographic abnormalities.
