1. Indications and Usage
Indications and Usage: This product is indicated for parenteral nutrition providing energy, nitrogen, and electrolytes when enteral nutrition is not feasible or sufficient for adults and children.
2. Dosage and Administration
Dosage: The dosage should be individualized based on the patient’s clinical status, weight, and nutritional requirements.
Infusion Rate: The infusion rate should not exceed 3.0 mL/kg body weight/h. The recommended infusion time is 14-24 hours.
Administration: Mix the contents of the three-chamber bag thoroughly before use. It is administered via peripheral or central venous infusion.
3. Mechanism of Action
Mechanism of Action: This is a total nutrient admixture. Structural fat emulsion provides high-density energy and essential fatty acids. Amino acids supply nitrogen for protein synthesis. Glucose serves as the primary energy source.
4. Safety and Warnings
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to egg, soybean, or peanut protein; severe hyperlipidemia; severe hepatic impairment; severe coagulation disorders; severe renal impairment without hemofiltration or dialysis.
Precautions: Close monitoring of blood glucose, serum triglycerides, fluid and electrolyte balance, and liver function is required during infusion. Fat overload syndrome may occur if infusion exceeds metabolic clearance capacity.
5. Adverse Reactions and Clinical Research
Adverse Reactions: Common adverse reactions include hypertriglyceridemia, hyperglycemia, elevated plasma liver enzymes, tachycardia, nausea, headache, increased body temperature, and infusion site reactions.
Fat Overload Syndrome: Symptoms are reversible upon discontinuation of the infusion.
6. Drug Interactions
Drug Interactions: Avoid using infusion sets made of PVC containing DEHP, as fat emulsions can cause leaching of DEHP. Exogenous insulin may be required for hyperglycemic patients.

Pharmaceutical Information: Active ingredients include Structural Fat Emulsion (20%), Compound Amino Acids (16%), and Glucose (13%). Excipients include soybean oil, egg yolk lecithin, glycerin, and water for injection.
Appearance: After mixing, it is a homogeneous, opaque, milky white liquid.
Storage: Store at controlled room temperature not exceeding 25°C. Do not freeze.
