1. Indications and Usage
Antispasmodic: Relief of smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal, biliary, and urinary tracts (e.g., acute abdominal pain, renal colic).
Circulatory Support: Treatment of septic shock and other types of shock with microcirculatory disorders.
Vertigo: Management of vertigo caused by cerebrovascular or inner ear diseases.
2. Dosage and Administration
Adults: The usual dosage is 5 mg to 20 mg per dose, taken 3 to 4 times daily.
Children: The dosage for children should be determined by a physician based on age and body weight.
Administration: Oral administration.
3. Mechanism of Action
