1. Indications and Usage
Myocardial Ischemia: Indicated as an adjunctive therapy for myocardial ischemia to improve cellular energy metabolism and protect heart tissue.
2. Dosage and Administration
Standard Dose: The usual dosage for adults is 3–6 tablets per dose, taken orally three times daily.
Administration: The dosage should be adjusted according to the patient’s condition and response to treatment.
3. Mechanism of Action
Energy Metabolism: As an intermediate product in glucose metabolism, exogenous fructose diphosphate acts on the cell membrane.
Enzyme Activation: It activates phosphofructokinase on the cell membrane, increasing the concentration of intracellular high-energy phosphate bonds and adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
Cellular Protection: This process promotes potassium ion influx, restores the cellular resting state, increases intracellular diphosphoglycerate content, inhibits the release of oxygen free radicals and histamine, and improves the energy metabolism and glucose utilization of cells under ischemic or hypoxic conditions.
4. Safety and Warnings
Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients with hyperphosphatemia or severe renal insufficiency.
Precautions: Use with caution in patients with hypercalcemia.
Special Populations: Safety for pregnant and breastfeeding women has not been fully established; clinical guidance is recommended.
5. Adverse Reactions and Clinical Research
Common Adverse Reactions: Occasionally, gastrointestinal discomfort may occur, including nausea and abdominal distress.
Tolerance: These symptoms are generally mild and well-tolerated.
6. Drug Interactions
