1. Indications and Usage
Vascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases: Indicated for occlusive vascular diseases (e.g., cerebral arteriosclerosis, arteriosclerosis).
Neurological and Muscle Spasm: Used for sequelae of cerebral apoplexy, cerebral palsy, spastic spinal paralysis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, pain caused by central muscle spasms, and various cerebrovascular diseases.
2. Dosage and Administration
Standard Dose: The usual dosage is 50–100 mg (1–2 capsules) orally, three times daily.
Titration: Dosage can be increased or decreased according to age and specific symptoms.
3. Mechanism of Action
Muscle Relaxation and Vasodilation: It has a direct vasodilatory effect on vascular smooth muscle and inhibits polysynaptic reflexes, reducing skeletal muscle tone.
Circulation Improvement: By relieving muscle rigidity and spasms in the brain and spinal cord, it increases peripheral blood flow.

Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Tolperisone and those with Myasthenia Gravis.
