Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee of $6.00 USD applies to all orders shipped anywhere in the world.

Order Processing Time: We understand your need to receive your product as soon as possible. All orders will begin processing immediately after payment is completed. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.

Order Modification and Cancellation: To ensure accuracy and provide flexibility, every successfully paid order will enter a 24-hour “cooling-off period.“

  • During this cooling-off period, buyers can contact our customer service to request any order modifications (e.g., address, quantity of items) or to cancel the order.
  • Once the cooling-off period ends, the order will automatically proceed to the shipping stage, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • If you wish to process your order immediately and skip the 24-hour cooling-off period, please inform us explicitly after placing your order, and we will arrange for immediate shipment.
