Treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring ROS1 rearrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Common adverse reactions: Fatigue, constipation, dysgeusia, edema, dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, muscle pain, cognitive impairment, and weight gain.
Laboratory abnormalities: Increased creatinine, anemia, increased AST\/ALT, hypoalbuminemia, and lymphopenia.
