Treatment of adult patients with solid tumors harboring NTRK gene fusions, who have progressed following prior treatment with other TRK inhibitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Common adverse reactions: Dizziness, dysgeusia, peripheral neuropathy, fatigue, constipation, dyspnea, nausea, anemia, myalgia, and cognitive impairment.
Laboratory abnormalities: Decreased neutrophil count, decreased lymphocyte count, decreased hemoglobin, increased transaminases, and increased creatinine.
