Common adverse reactions: Dry mouth, diarrhea, hypertension, fatigue, edema, rash, constipation, nausea, abdominal pain, and cough.
Laboratory abnormalities: Decreased neutrophil count, decreased platelet count, decreased hemoglobin, increased transaminases, and increased creatinine.
