Previously, it was proposed for priority review for the following indications: (1) HER2-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); (2) HER2-positive breast cancer; and (3) HER2-positive colorectal cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ruikang Trastuzumab is a HER2 ADC independently developed by Hengrui Medicine, composed of trastuzumab, a cleavable linker, and the topoisomerase I inhibitor payload SHR169265.<\/strong>&nbsp;In May 2025, Ruikang Trastuzumab received its first marketing approval in China for the treatment of HER2-mutant NSCLC, becoming the first domestic HER2 ADC approved for this indication. In the same year, the product successfully passed National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL) negotiations and was included in the basic catalog. In March 2026, Ruikang Trastuzumab obtained its second indication for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer who have previously received one or more anti-HER2 therapies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>According to the Insight database, five HER2 ADCs are currently approved in China:<\/strong>&nbsp;in addition to Ruikang Trastuzumab, these include Trastuzumab Emtansine (Roche), Disitamab Vedotin (Rongchang), Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (Daiichi Sankyo), and Badu Trastuzumab (Kelun).
