The Phase Ib portion is a single-agent efficacy expansion study designed to evaluate the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) 50 response rate and objective response rate (ORR) of QLF4113 monotherapy in participants with advanced prostate cancer. The study plans to enroll 248 subjects, with primary endpoints being the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)\/maximum administered dose (MAD) and RP2D of QLF4113 monotherapy in participants with advanced prostate cancer, as well as the incidence and severity of adverse events (AEs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">QLF4113 is a TCE trispecific antibody independently developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, targeting CD3, CD2, and PSMA.
