\n2. Dosage and Administration
\nRecommended Dosage:
\nStandard Regimen: 10 mg once daily.
\nTSC-SEGA Regimen: Initial dose based on body surface area (typically 4.5 mg\/m\u00b2 once daily).
\nAdministration: Administer orally at the same time each day, either consistently with food or consistently without food.
\nHandling:
\nSwallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.
\n3. Mechanism of Action
\nmTOR Inhibition:
\nEverolimus is a selective mTOR inhibitor.
