\nHypoglycemia:
\nWhile clinical trials showed a low incidence of hypoglycemia, caution should be exercised when used in combination with insulin secretagogues (e.g., sulfonylureas) or insulin.
\nHepatic Impairment:
\nMild (Child-Pugh A): No dose adjustment required.
\nModerate\/Severe (Child-Pugh B\/C): Not recommended due to increased drug exposure.
