\nIndications and Usage
\nAdult Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)\u200c: ORENCIA is indicated for treatment of \u200cmoderately to severely active RA in adults\u200c. It can be used as monotherapy or concomitantly with DMARDs other than TNF antagonists.
\nPolyarticular Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis\u200c: ORENCIA is indicated for treatment of \u200cmoderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in pediatric patients 6 years of age and older\u200c. It can be used as monotherapy or concomitantly with methotrexate (MTX).
\nImportant Limitations of Use\u200c: ORENCIA should not be given concomitantly with TNF antagonists.
\nDosage and Administration
\nFor Intravenous Infusion (Adult RA) based on body weight\u200c:
\n< 60 kg: 500mg per dose
\n60 to 100 kg: 750mg per dose<\/p>\n
100kg: 1000mg per dose<\/p>\n
Dosing Schedule\u200c: Administer as a 30-minute intravenous infusion; Following initial dose, give at 2 and 4 weeks, then every 4 weeks thereafter
\nFor Subcutaneous Injection (Adult RA)\u200c: 125mg once weekly by subcutaneous injection, after a single intravenous loading dose based on body weight
\nPreparation Note\u200c: Prepare ORENCIA using only silicone-free disposable syringes

Warnings and Precautions
\nConcomitant use with TNF antagonist\u200c: Can increase the risk of infections and serious infections, so concomitant use is not recommended.
\nHypersensitivity\u200c: Hypersensitivity, anaphylaxis, and anaphylactoid reactions have been reported.
