1. Indications and Usage
Constipation: Treatment of various types of constipation.
Gastrointestinal Disorders: Relief of abdominal pain and loss of appetite caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction secondary to abdominal inflammation, intestinal adhesions, or hepatobiliary diseases.
2. Dosage and Administration
Adults: The usual dosage is 2 to 4 capsules per dose, taken 3 times daily.
Administration: The capsules should be swallowed with warm water.
3. Mechanism of Action
Bile Extract: Contains bile acids and salts that promote intestinal muscle excitation, enhance colonic contraction, stimulate bile secretion, and aid in fat digestion.
Areca Nut: Contains arecoline, which has a parasympathomimetic effect, increasing peristalsis and gastric mucosal secretion to accelerate toxin expulsion.
Vitamin B₁: Forms thiamine pyrophosphate, a coenzyme necessary for carbohydrate metabolism, and inhibits cholinesterase to maintain normal gastrointestinal function.

Pregnancy and Lactation: Should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the laxative and prokinetic effects.
