1. Indications and Usage
Intestinal Flora Imbalance: Indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea, constipation, and dyspepsia caused by intestinal flora disorders.
Adjunctive Therapy: Used to restore the normal microecological environment in the gastrointestinal tract and inhibit the growth of potentially harmful pathogenic bacteria.
2. Dosage and Administration
Adults: The usual dosage is 1 to 2 capsules per dose, taken twice daily (morning and evening).
Administration: Capsules should be taken orally after meals with cool or warm water. Do not use hot water.
Pediatric Use: For infants or children unable to swallow capsules, the capsule may be opened and the powder mixed with warm water or warm milk for oral administration.
3. Mechanism of Action
Biological Barrier: Bifidobacterium colonizes the surface of the intestinal mucosa, forming a biological barrier that prevents the adhesion and invasion of pathogenic bacteria.
pH Regulation: The bacteria produce lactic acid and acetic acid, which lower the intestinal pH and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

Temperature Control: As a live bacterial preparation, it must not be exposed to high temperatures. It should be taken with water below 40°C.

Antacids and Adsorbents: Antacids, bismuth preparations, tannic acid, and activated charcoal can inhibit, adsorb, or kill the live bacteria. These should not be taken concurrently.
