1. Indications and Usage
Prevention of Vitamin Deficiency: Treatment for the prevention of vitamin deficiency in pediatric patients under 11 years of age receiving parenteral nutrition.
2. Dosage and Administration
Route of Administration: Intravenous infusion ONLY.
Administration Instructions: The recommended daily dosage must be added to at least 100 mL of glucose or sodium chloride injection for intravenous infusion.
Pediatric Considerations: Dosage for pediatric patients is typically based on body weight. If multiple vitamin deficiencies exist, multiple daily doses may be supplemented.
Critical Administration Instructions:
Administration: The medication must be diluted before intravenous infusion. Direct intravenous injection of undiluted solution is prohibited.
Stability & Light Sensitivity: The preparation must be performed under aseptic conditions. The solution is sensitive to light (especially vitamins A, D, and riboflavin) and should be protected from light during administration.
3. Mechanism of Action
Essential Nutrient Provision: The product is a compound preparation containing 13 vitamins (including vitamins A, D, E, K1, C, B1, B6, B12, riboflavin, niacinamide, folic acid, biotin, and d-pantothenol).

4. Safety and Warnings
Aluminum Toxicity: The product may contain toxic aluminum. In patients with renal impairment, long-term parenteral administration may lead to aluminum accumulation reaching toxic levels, which is associated with central nervous system and bone toxicity.
Thiamine Allergic Reactions: The product contains thiamine (vitamin B1). Hypersensitivity and allergic reactions, such as urticaria and angioedema, have been reported with intravenous thiamine administration.
Vitamin A Excess: In patients with renal failure or hepatic impairment, supplementation with vitamin A (one of the ingredients in the product) should be carried out with caution.
Interference with Diagnosis: Folic acid and vitamin B12 contained in the product may mask the results of megaloblastic anemia.

Most Common Adverse Reactions: Various hypersensitivity reactions, including rash, erythema, and pruritus.
