Common Side Effects
Common mild adverse reactions: Cytokine release syndrome (CRS), immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), fever, fatigue, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia and anemia.
Laboratory abnormalities: Persistent cytopenia, hypogammaglobulinemia.
Severe but uncommon risks: Grade 3–4 severe CRS, high-grade neurotoxicity, severe infections, prolonged bone marrow suppression and secondary malignancies.
