Laboratory abnormalities: Decreased albumin, hypocalcemia, increased transaminases, and increased blood creatinine.
Severe but manageable risks: Arterial thromboembolic events, hemorrhage, gastrointestinal perforation, hepatotoxicity, nephrotic syndrome, and reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS).
