Common Side Effects
Common adverse reactions: Fatigue, constipation, dysgeusia, edema, dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, muscle pain, cognitive impairment, and weight gain.
Laboratory abnormalities: Increased creatinine, anemia, increased AST/ALT, hypoalbuminemia, and lymphopenia.
Severe but manageable risks: Congestive heart failure, central nervous system effects (including cognitive impairment, mood disorders, and sleep disturbances), skeletal fractures, hepatotoxicity, and QT interval prolongation.
