1. Indications and Usage
Intestinal Flora Imbalance: Indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, abdominal distension, and dyspepsia caused by intestinal flora disorders.
2. Dosage and Administration
Adults: The initial dose is 6 tablets, followed by 3 tablets per dose, 3 times daily.
Duration: For acute diarrhea, the usual course is 3 to 7 days. For chronic diarrhea or chronic constipation, the course is 14 to 21 days.
Administration: Tablets should be swallowed with warm water.
3. Mechanism of Action
Acid Production and Barrier Repair: Bacillus coagulans produces lactic acid, which helps lower intestinal pH, inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and promotes the proliferation of beneficial anaerobic bacteria.
Anti-inflammatory Effects: Clinical studies have shown that it can significantly reduce ulcer area and myeloperoxidase activity in ulcerative colitis models, demonstrating anti-inflammatory therapeutic effects.
4. Safety and Warnings
Hypersensitivity: Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to microecological preparations.
