1. Indications and Usage
Bronchial Asthma: Treatment of acute asthma attacks.
Shock: Management of cardiogenic or infective shock.
Cardiac Arrhythmia: Treatment of complete atrioventricular block and cardiac arrest.
2. Dosage and Administration
Adults: The usual dosage is 10 to 20 mg per dose, taken sublingually (under the tongue) or orally, 3 to 4 times daily.
Administration: For sublingual use, the tablet should be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve.
Severe Conditions: In cases of cardiac arrest or complete heart block, intravenous infusion or intracardiac injection (0.5 to 1 mg) may be required under strict medical supervision.
