As part of the strategic framework, the two companies will co-found MegaStream TechBio, a new AI-powered pipeline company focused on the global market. MegaStream will integrate “exclusive big data × proprietary large models × large-scale innovative pipeline portfolios” to build an AI R&D engine centered on a next-generation intelligent dry-wet closed-loop experimental platform and personalized, multimodal, multi-property generative models . Harbour BioMed will serve as the lead founding partner, contributing its unique fully human antibody platform, deep biological insights, and global clinical development capabilities. BioMap will act as the co-founding partner, providing foundational AI technology, model engineering, and intelligent R&D capabilities to accelerate pipeline development . MegaStream’s initial pipeline will consist of both existing AI drug discovery projects from prior collaborations and new AI-native pipeline programs .
