Sunvozertinib is the world’s first and only oral targeted monotherapy validated by a global, multicenter, randomized controlled Phase III clinical study in the first-line treatment of EGFR exon20ins NSCLC. The study results demonstrated that Sunvozertinib monotherapy showed statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in the primary endpoint of progression-free survival (PFS) compared with platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of EGFR exon20ins NSCLC.
