Anruixi® is the commercial brand name of Zuberitamab Injection, a fully human anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody developed by BioRay Pharmaceutical. It binds to CD20 antigen on B lymphocytes and induces B-cell lysis to exert anti-tumor effects.
Main Indications
For the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who have received at least two lines of prior systemic therapy.
Clinical Research
A pivotal phase II single-arm clinical study showed that zuberitamab achieved favorable objective response rate in patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL. The median duration of response demonstrated durable anti-tumor activity, and the safety profile was consistent with other anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies.
Common Side Effects
Infusion-related reactions, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia;
Other common reactions: fever, fatigue, upper respiratory tract infection. Rare serious adverse events include severe infection and tumor lysis syndrome.
