Main Indications
Adjunctive treatment of partial-onset seizures with or without secondary generalized seizures in patients aged 4 years and older with epilepsy; adjunctive treatment of primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients aged 12 years and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy.

Global phase III clinical trials verified that perampanel can effectively reduce the frequency of partial-onset seizures and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures. Common Side Effects
