After intravenous injection, the microspheres can enhance the backscatter of ultrasound signals, improving the visualization of endocardial borders in cardiac ultrasound examination.
Main Indications
This product is used for opacification of the left ventricular cavity and improvement of endocardial border delineation in adult patients during echocardiography.
Clinical Research
The pivotal multicenter clinical trial in China demonstrated that perflutren human albumin microspheres significantly improves the visualization of unclear endocardial segments compared with baseline ultrasound, with a high success rate of cardiac image enhancement;

Common Side Effects
