Qixinke® is the commercial brand name of Iruplisalkib Tablets. Qixinke is the Chinese pinyin brand name. It is an oral BTK inhibitor, which selectively inhibits Bruton tyrosine kinase and blocks B-cell related signaling pathways to suppress the proliferation and survival of malignant B lymphocytes.

For adult patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.

A multicenter, single-arm phase 2 clinical study showed that iruplisalkib achieved a high objective response rate in patients with relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma. The drug demonstrated durable tumour control and a manageable safety profile.
Common Side Effects
Neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anaemia;
Other common reactions: diarrhoea, fatigue, upper respiratory tract infection. Rare serious adverse events include haemorrhage, atrial fibrillation and severe infection.
